Gary & Kathy Weimer

  •

Gary and Kathy Weimer absolutely love what they do. As a husband and wife real estate team, they blend over 50 years of combined experience and expertise to match buyers and sellers in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties.

Kathy is a former teacher and loan officer and first fell in love with real estate in 1976. She was teaching special education students in Peoria, IL when she began to sell For-Sale-by-Owner properties to friends. One of her friends suggested she consider getting her real estate license and she never looked back!

Gary was first licensed to sell real estate in 1974, but as new CU grad at the time, he was consumed with architecture. Little did he know he would reconnect with the world of real estate in the mid 1980s.

Gary and Kathy met at a Denver Chamber of Commerce - Business After Hours event and were married only 9 weeks later! They spent day after day getting to know each other over lunches and talking on the phone each night. After their only "real date", they promptly went to the courthouse and were married! It was a leap of faith, and it has worked successfully for over 27 years!

The marketing of listings is a fusion of technology and creativity. Occasionally, Gary and Kathy come up with ideas in the middle of something totally unrelated! Part of their success is derived from how well they know each other. For many years, friends have often wondered how they could be together all day and all night and still be so happy together. If you were to ask them, they would tell you they are still looking for ways to spend even more time together.

"The real estate market seems to change year after year and bring new and exciting challenges and despite those challenges, we take our pricing very seriously. As much as we like to get every last penny for our sellers, we treat every offer with care. This is a great time to buy real estate, but some of the prospective buyers are reluctant. This is definitely not the time to gamble with inexperience. A 'seasoned pilot' is an absolute for this market!" - Gary and Kathy Weimer

Mike Anderson

  •

Mike was born in northwest Montana, but grew up in northern Colorado, where he and his siblings were always crazy into sports.  He wrestled from the age of 7 until the end of high school. At 18, he joined the Colorado Air National Guard and served 9.5 years both as a civilian employee (on and off) and a traditional weekend Guardsman. In the meantime, he attended college and worked in various sales jobs. Somehow, he always knew real estate was his end game.

Mike met his wife Halee at the age of 20 and they were married 7 years later. After she graduated from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy at CU, she became a full time pharmacist with Walgreens.  This opened the door for Mike to pursue his career in real estate and he jumped right in, attending real estate school at night, graduating, and quitting his job the day he passed the state and national exams!

Mike is a regular at many Parker events and a constant participant in various south Denver sports leagues.  He is often found playing hockey at Family Sports (go Cones!), softball in Castle Rock, baseball around Denver or just enjoying local breweries and the neighboring establishments that support them!

Mike and Halee live in Parker with their two very large and loving Akitas.

Selena Yagey

Selena has been in the Colorado Real Estate industry since 2014. Prior to her move to Highlands Ranch in 2007, she worked as a Florida Real Estate appraiser, gaining significant experience in the home valuation process.

Selena was born in Jacksonville, FL, but moved often due to her father's career in the Navy. She spent her middle school years in Taipei, Taiwan and high school years in Misawa, Japan. She has been lucky enough to travel all over the Far East and is extremely thankful that her father took that original leap of faith and moved their family from California to Taiwan.

Selena moved to Colorado in 2007 with her husband Jim and their two wonderful sons. She and her family absolutely love the Colorado scenery and lifestyle. She is an active volunteer for Douglas County Schools, the Fresh Harvest Food Bank and she serves as Communication Chair for University of Phoenix Alumni. More often than not, you'll find her in the Highlands Ranch open space with her dog on the never ending trails!
